Abstract

Abstract: A nurse has duties and responsibilities in providing nursing care.Every nursing home provided must be clearly documented, valid, and can be used as a source of information. The purpose of this study is to know the relationship of the workload of nurses with the completeness of documentation of maternity orphanages in rsu h.m mawardi krian. Methode of this research uses a collation analytical method with cross sectional drafts. The total population of respondents was 69 nurses, samples taken using the purposive sampling technique where the researchers take respondents based on existing inclusion criteria so that the number of respondents that exist is 60 respondents. The results of this study used the non parametric spearman rho test. The results found that the majority of respondents had a workload in the medium category with a percentage of 78.7% and the majority of respondents had incomplete documentation of nursing care with a percentage of 66.7%. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the significant value (sig-.2-tailed ) as much as 0.001, this means that there is a relationship between workload with complete documentation of care nursing in Public Hospitals RSU H.M MAWRDI KRIAN. The conclusion is the relationship between workload with complete documentation of care nursing in Public HospitalRSU H.M MAWARDI KRIAN Medical Centre. Advice expected this research could further knowledge especially in management nursing and broadening the scope of research on a literature study.
