Abstract

Aji, B. 2022 The Influence of Service Quality on Inpatient Satisfaction in Arjuna Room, Kerta Usada Hospital Buleleng regency, Bali 2022 The provision of services in hospitals is very necessary to maintain the quality or quality of services provided to patients or consumers. Increasing the quality of services provided will affect patient satisfaction in obtaining health services. The aim is to determine the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction in the Kerta Husada Buleleng room. Analytical survey research design with an explanatory approach. The study population was all inpatients at Kerta Husada Public Hospital, Buleleng Regency, using a proportional random sampling method of 100 patients. Quantitative analysis in this study will be used to test the validity and reliability tests with Cronbach's Alpha. The classic assumption test includes the heteroscedasticity test and the normality test. To test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the satisfaction level was (-0.36), this score was categorized in the medium group. These results indicate that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) can be accepted, where the variable of tangibles (5.191) is followed by responsiveness (4.280), reliability (4.059), empathy (1.989), and confidence (-4.205) towards inpatient satisfaction at Kerta Usada Singaraja Hospital. The result is an R2 of (0.789) indicating that 78.9% of the patient satisfaction variable can be explained by service quality while the remaining 21.1% is explained by other variables not included in this research model. Suggestions to review the service quality of Kerta Usada Public Hospital and further improve reliability through a better health service system, services are fulfilled according to the specified schedule and according to existing procedures, information counters provide clear information Keywords: Service Quality and Patient Satisfaction.
