Abstract

Abstract- Posbindu PTM is a community-based health service effort that aims to detect and control risk factors for non-communicable diseases early through a promotive and preventive approach. This study aims to find out the factors that affect the use of integrated coaching posts for non-communicable diseases in Gununggedangan Village, Mojokerto City. This research uses analytical research with a cross sectional approach. The sample used was 79 respondents with a sampling technique using Proportional Random Sampling. Data analysis uses univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results showed that most of the respondents were aged 40-65 years (72.2%), almost all respondents were female (86.1%), almost half of the respondents were <50 Meters (48.1%), the distance to Posbindu was <50 Meters (48.1%). basic education (68.4%), almost all respondents had private sector work (49.4%), almost all respondents had good knowledge (78.5%), almost all respondents had hea lth status (81.0%), most good cadre support (67.1%), most of the respondents had good family support (60.8%), almost half of the respondents had good use of PTM posbindu (48.1%). The results of statistical tests using Spearman-rho analysis showed that there was a relationship between knowledge, health cadre support and family support with the use of Posbindu PTM (p=0.000), while there was no relationship between education level (p=0.222), employment status (p=0.784) and health status (p=0.973) with the use of Posbindu PTM. It is hoped that respondents can increase the use of PTM posbindu to improve health status. Keywords: Posbindu, Utilization, Non-Communicable Diseases.
