Abstract

Abstrack - The one of the indicators of quality service is complete medical record data and information. Completeness of medical record documents is very important because it affects the patient's treatment process and insurance claims. This study aims to identify and analyze whether there is a relationship between the workload of health workers and the completeness of filling out electronic medical records. The method used in this study is analytic correlation. The sample in this study amounted to 49 respondents using simple random sampling. In this study, researchers used the Nasa TLX questionnaire instrument to determine workload and a checklist sheet for monitoring the filling of electronic medical records. Statistical tests using Spearmen Rank Correlation. The results of the study most of the health worker respondents at UPTD Puskesmas Gondang had a workload in the High category as many as 29 people (62%). While the results of measuring the completeness of filling out electronic medical records through a checklist sheet explained that almost all health worker respondents at the UPTD Puskesmas had filled out electronic medical records in the Good category as many as 37 people (79%). The statistical test results show a significance value of 0.620, because the significance value of 0.620> 0.05, there is no significant relationship between the workload variable and the electronic medical record filling variable. While the coefficient number is 0.074, meaning that the level of correlation strength / relationship is a very weak relationship. Based on the results of the study, although almost all health workers at the UPTD Puskesmas Gondang with a high workload category can carry out filling out electronic medical records in the good category as many as 23 people (79.3%). This is inseparable from the policy of the Head of the Puskesmas in implementing routine supervision every day to health workers regarding filling out electronic medical records. And also a tutorial on filling out the correct medical record has been made. Reward and punishment are expected to be applied in order to meet the 100% Ministry of Health target.
