Sawan 1 Health Center; STIKes Buleleng; Faculty of Health, Triatma Mulia University Singaraja is a health service and higher education institution located in Buleleng district. The institution has constraints in managing the production of medical waste from the services and laboratories it has. It does not have waste management facilities to deal with the waste produced, so it cooperates with third parties. If this increase in medical waste is not addressed and managed properly, it will cause massive environmental degradation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the management of solid medical waste (Sorting and Containment, Transportation, Storage, and Processing) at STIKes Buleleng, Faculty of Health, Triatma Mulia University Singaraja and Sawan 1 Health Center. The approach used in the study was a qualitative method on waste management consisting of waste sorting, waste storage process, waste handling process, waste transportation process and waste disposal process. The results of the study obtained the sorting and container process has been separated directly from the waste producer, transportation and storage are transported by special officers (Cleaning Service) and stored in a temporary storage place (TPS) for B3 waste.
