Implementation of the Ministry of Health Hospital Accreditation Standards (STARKES). SIRSMA and STARKES at RSI Hasanah Muhammadiyah Mojokerto are complementary. SIRSMA ensures that Islamic values are alive in every aspect of hospital services while STARKES ensures that hospitals meet certain criteria in terms of service, management, and patient safety. Although the implementation of SIRSMA and STARKES has been well established, it is important to continue socializing and educating all hospital staff on these two standards. This can be done through regular training, workshops, or seminars to ensure that all employees understand and apply the values contained in SIRSMA and STARKES. Hospitals should develop an information system that can integrate data from SIRSMA and STARKES. With this system, hospital management can more easily monitor performance, identify problems, and make data-based decisions. Keywords: SIRSMA, STARKES, Islamic, Patient, Hospital
