Abstract

Abstract- Hospitals as providers of services to the community, require quality nursing services in accordance with user expectations, so they need to be improved to become more effective and efficient and provide patient satisfaction. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing services and the satisfaction of inpatients at Anwar Medika Hospital. This research uses a descriptive correlation research design, with a cross sectional approach. The samples in this study were 50 samples of inpatients at Anwar Medika Hospital taken on 1-14 August 2024 using a consecutive sampling technique. The instruments used are the ServQual questionnaire to measure the quality of nursing services and the Patient Satisfaction with Nursing Care Quality Questionnaire (PSNCQQ) questionnaire for patient satisfaction. The results of this study showed that the majority showed that the quality of nursing services was very good, namely 62%, the results of patient satisfaction said they were satisfied, namely 74%.. The results of data analysis were that most of the quality of nursing services on patient satisfaction was very good, namely 31 (62%), where half said they were satisfied, namely 28 respondents (56%). The results of the Spearman rho correlation test in accordance with H1 decision making were accepted, there was a significant relationship between the quality of nursing services and the satisfaction of inpatients at Anwar Medika Hospital with a ρ value of 0.000 (alpha value < 0.05). he complexity of the problem of the quality of nursing services which affects the satisfaction of inpatients in hospitals requires training of human resources, especially nurses, daily supervision by management and complete facilities and infrastructure so that the quality of service can be achieved by both the hospital and the medical personnel in the hospital.
