Abstract

ABSTRACT Posyandu forms Community Resource Health (UKBM) efforts in obtaining basic health services to accelerate the reduction of the Maternal Mortality Rate (AKI) and Infant Mortality Rate (AKB). This study aims to find out the factors that affect the visits of mothers under five to the posyandu Type of research correlational analysis, cross sectional research design, Population of mothers under five in Padi Village, Gondang District, Mojokerto Regency, sample size of 65 with simple rendom sampling technique, independent variables: knowledge, education, work and motivation, dependent variables of visits of mothers under five to posyandu, research for December 2024 – January 2025, questionnaire instrument, analysis of Chi – Square satatic test Most of the respondents 35 (53.8%) had good knowledge of posyandu, most of the respondents 37 (56.9%) had a high school education, most of the respondents 48 (73.8%) had work activities, most of the respondents 35 (53.8%) had positive motivation about posyandu, half of the 33 respondents (50.8%) mothers under five actively visited the posyandu The results of the statistical test value p = 0.003 < 0.05 there was a relationship between knowledge and visits of mothers under five to posyandu, p values = 0.447 > 0.05 there was no relationship between education and visits of mothers under under five to posyandu, p values = 0.835 > 0.05 there was no relationship between mother's work and visits of mothers under five to posyandu, value p = 0.001 < 0.05 there was a relationship between mother's motivation and mother's visit to posyandu Knowledge and motivation affect visits by mothers of toddlers to the integrated health post, so it is expected to increase promotion of integrated health posts and make innovations to increase visits by mothers of toddlers to the integrated health post Keywords: knowledge, education, work, motivation, visits to the integrated health post
