Abstract
Abstract The Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) is a health indicator that is included in one of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) targets. According to the 2017 Indonesian Demographic Health Survey (SDKI) 3,4% of neontaal death were caused by hyperpilirubin. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between parity and birth weight (BBL) with the incidence of hyperbilirubin at RSI Sakinah Mojokerto in 2023. The research was an analytical observational study with a simple random sampling design. The population of this study was all babies bom at RSI 4 Sakinah in 2023, namely 2104 and the sample size was 60 babies who mwt thw criteria. Data collection techniques use secondary data and data analisys use the chi-square test. Based on the results of the Chi-Square test, the Sig. (p-value) = 0.639 > 0.05 means there is no significant relationship between parity and the incidence of hyperbilirubinemia. Based on the results of the Chi-Square test, the Sig. (p-value) = 0.000 < 0.05 means there is a significant relationship between low birth weight and the incidence of hyperbilirubinemia. This study was expected to provide benefits for early detection of hyperbilirubinemia, namely by conducting initial screening with Kramer's assessment followed by laboratory tests. Keywords : Parity, Birth Weight, Hyperbilirubin
