Abstract

ABSTRACT According to the Central Statistics Agency of Mojokerto Regency in 2023 the number of KB acceptors was 22,654, MOP 761, MOW 12,599, Pills 1,808, Injections 7,004, IUD 582. From the data it can be seen that those who use IUD KB are still very low. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship and identify the level of acceptor satisfaction with participation in using IUD KB. The research method used observational analytic with a cross-sectional research design. Most respondents were satisfied with the number of 32 respondents and using IUD KB 36 acceptors. There is a significant relationship between the Level of Acceptor Satisfaction and Participation in Using IUD KB with a ρ value of 0.001 <α 0.05. It is expected that in can be Suggestions are expected to be used as basic data and references for further researchers. The results of the study on the level of satisfaction with participation in using IUD KB in this bivariate analysis showed a ρ value of 0.001 ˂ α 0.05 HI: accepted. IUD KB makes a major contribution in helping to control the population by preventing unwanted pregnancies. Several factors influence the level of acceptor satisfaction with participation in using IUD KB, namely the lack of public understanding of IUD KB and the lack of public awareness to use it.
