Abstract
ABSTRACT ANC during pregnancy is one of the most important pregnancy care for a healthy pregnancy so that pregnancy abnormalities can be detected early and can be anticipated quickly so that pregnant women can avoid preventable causes of maternal death. The achievements of K1 and K4 in Mojokerto Regency were 79% and 85%, this figure is still below the achievements of East Java Province and has not met the target indicator. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between knowledge and family support and the regularity of antenatal care in pregnant women in TM III at the Tawangsari Health Center UPT. This study used a cross-sectional method. The population was all pregnant women in TM III at the Tawangsari Health Center, using the Simple Random Sampling technique with a sample size of 44 respondents. Data collection was carried out by filling out a questionnaire made by the researcher and filled in by the respondents. The collected data were processed using statistical tests to be analyzed with the Spearman rho correlation test. The results showed that most respondents had knowledge about ANC in the good category (68.2%), and family support in the supportive and less supportive categories had the same proportion (50%). Most respondents were not regular in making ANC visits (63.6%). The results of the Spearman rho rank correlation analysis test showed that there was no relationship between knowledge and the regularity of ANC for pregnant women (P value = 0.441) and there was a relationship between family support for ANC and the regularity of ANC for pregnant women at the Tawangsari Health Center UPT (P value = 0.011). Family support is related to the regularity of ANC for pregnant women so officers are expected to improve health education programs for husbands and families about visits and pregnancy and include husbands or families in pregnant women's classes. Keywords: Knowledge, Support, Family, Regularity, ANC
