Abstract
ABSTRACT Multiple injections in the immunization program have been integrated into the new antigen introduction policy in 2023 and included in immunization services at integrated health posts or other immunization service posts. However, in its implementation, there was a refusal of immunization, causing the immunization achievement not to reach Universal Child Immunization (UCI). This study aims to examine the factors associated with the refusal of multiple injections in Complete Basic Immunization in Ketegan Village, Rejoso District, Pasuruan Regency, including intention, social support and accessibility of information. This means that there is a relationship between the Intention of Toddler Mothers, Social support and accessibility of information toddler’s mothers and the rejection of multiple immunization injections in Ketegan Village, Rejoso District, Pasuruan Regency. The high rejection of multiple injections in immunization is due to the lack of intention, social support for mothers of toddlers and access to valid information for mothers of toddlers. This causes mothers of toddlers to refuse to complete their toddlers' immunizations and immunization achievements do not reach the UCI. The results of this study can be used as input for community health centers and village midwives to increase socialization about Multiple Immunization Injections to support access to correct information so as to reduce the number of rejections of multiple immunization injections.
