Abstract

ABSTRACT This study wasaimed at analyzing the relationship between nurses' caring behavior and patient satisfaction levels in the Orchid Inpatient Room of Sumberglagah Hospital. The research design is a survey with a cross-sectional approach. Sampling used purposive sampling technique with inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of the study showed that most of the nurses' care in the Anggrek Inpatient Room was in the good category, and also found that the respondents were very satisfied as much as 74.2%. There is a significant relationship shown by a very strong correlation between the quality of nurse care and the level of patient satisfaction. Nurses' caring behavior greatly affects the level of patient satisfaction in the hospital. Keywords: Caring Nurses, Patient Satisfaction
