Abstract
Abstrak - Posyandu for the elderly is a forum for activities driven by the community and provides health services in the form of integrated service posts. The aim of this research is to determine the factors associated with elderly visits in Gayam Village, Bangsal District, Mojokerto Regency. Type of quantitative research with analytical observational. The sampling technique uses Quota sampling. with a research sample of 171 respondents. The research results from 171 respondents, 72.5% of whom did not regularly visit the posyandu. The results of factor research on elderly visits show that all variables have a significant value of 0.000≤0.05 so that there is a relationship between knowledge, attitude, staff service and family support with elderly visits to the elderly Posyandu in Gayam Village, Bangsal District, Mojokerto Regency. Thus, increasing elderly visits to Posyandu requires a comprehensive approach that not only focuses on education to increase knowledge and change the attitudes of elderly people, but also improves the quality of staff services and strengthens the active role of families.
