Abstract
Abstract:Contraception is an important tool for women and men to have in order to achieve the planned and desired family size (Kantorová et al., 2020). This study is a quantitative study, an analytical observational study type with a cross-sectional research design. Using the Propility Sampling Technique with a simple random sampling technique with a sample size of 80 respondents. The study was conducted in January 2025. The research location was at TPMB Ny. Heni Widiastutik, Karanggeneng Village, Lamongan, Data collection came from questionnaires and observation sheets, then analyzed using SPSS 24. The results showed that most of the respondents were 20-35 years old, 56 respondents (70%), Most of the respondents' education was high school, 50 respondents (65.5%), Most of the respondents worked, 48 respondents (60%), Most of the respondents were multiparous, 52 respondents (65.0%), Most of the respondents received support from their husbands, 49 respondents (61.3%). There is a significant relationship between Age, Education, Occupation and husband's support with the choice of contraceptive methods with a p value of 0.000. Efforts to improve the family planning program are so that the use of contraception among women of childbearing age is fulfilled and increasing, and reducing the number of newborn deaths and women's reproductive health.
