Abstract

Abstract – Education at the Pusdik Brimob Polri produces tough members with strict discipline and strenuous training. However, this stressful environment can increase the risk of anxiety, negatively impacting students' mental health and academics. This study used a Cross Sectional research design. The sample was 333 students using Proportionate Random Sampling technique. The instruments used were Growth Mindset, MSPSS and ZSAS questionnaires. The results showed that almost all respondents were in the positive mindset category, namely (84.1%), almost all respondents were in the sufficient social support category, namely (76.3%), most respondents in the mild anxiety category, namely (67.6%). The Spearman Rank test shows that there is a relationship between mindset and social support with student anxiety in undergoing education at Pusdik Brimob Watukosek (p value 0.000). It is expected that Pusdik Brimob will implement mental training programs, increase social support, and hold mental health campaigns to support students' mental well-being.
