Abstract
Abstract - The experience felt by the patient after receiving the service will have an impact on the patient's interest in visiting again. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of patient satisfaction and interest in repeat visits by outpatients at the Pratama Clinic Biddokkes Polda Jatim. This type of research is quantitative using a correlation research design with a cross-sectional approach. The research population was 350 outpatients at the Pratama Clinic Biddokkes Polda Jatim. With a sample of 187 respondents using proportional random sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire related to the level of patient satisfaction and interest in repeat visits. The research results showed that almost all patients said they were very satisfied with the service (89.3%), almost all of them had a high interest in repeat visits (95.7%). Based on the results of the Spearmen rho statistical test with a significance value (ρ value = 0.020 < α (0.05)), this means that there is a significant relationship between the level of patient satisfaction and interest in repeat visits by outpatients at the Pratama Clinic Biddokkes Polda Jatim. This research there is a relationship between the level of patient satisfaction and interest in re-visiting outpatients. The findings of this research are that to increase interest in re-visiting patients, the Pratama Clinic must achieve patient satisfaction by meeting patient expectations regarding the health services provided by the clinic.
