Abstract

Abstract: The implementation of electronic medical records in all health service facilities including hospitals is considered to be able to improve the quality of health services. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between factors implementing electronic medical records, namely work and organizational culture, infrastructure and human resources on The quality of health services consists of tangible (direct evidence/display), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), empathy and assurance (guarantee). This research used a proportional random sampling technique with a sample of 72 officers who interacted directly with medical records. data analysis using the contingency coefficient C test showed that the 4 factors implementing electronic medical records, namely work culture and organization, infrastructure and human resources, showed that they were not related to the quality of health services at RSU AL-ISLAM H.M MAWARDI. Meanwhile, governance and leadership It cannot be tested statistically because all respondents, 72 employees (100%) rated it as good.
