Abstract

ABSTRACK Management in postoperative patients with clavicle fractures is very important. Postoperative clavicle fracture patients who are not managed appropriately may experience delays in recovering conscious. The research design used was Quantitative descriptive with cross sectional approach. The sample amounted to 85 people using purposive sampling according to inclusion criteria. The research instrument used is medical record data of clavicle fracture patients in 2021-2023. The data analysis method used the Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test and the Pearson Test where the results showed that the age with a small percentage of patients (50.6%) of 14 people experienced a delay in conscious recovery time with significant values of 0.000 and 620 and the duration of surgery with a lengthening of the patient's conscious recovery time of a small part (24.7%) of 21 people which means that there is a relationship between age and duration of surgery with lengthening of conscious recovery time in postoperative clavicle fracture patients at Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Tulangan Sidoarjo Hospital.
