Abstract
Abstract - Academic stress is a significant challenge for students, which, if not managed properly, can affect mental health and academic achievement. Stress coping is a strategy to reduce and manage the negative effects of stress. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of video education in WhatsApp Groups (WAG) on stress coping among students at STIKES Majapahit Mojokerto. The pre-experimental research design using the One Group Pre-Post Test Design involved 54 respondents selected through stratified random sampling. Data were collected using the Brief Cope questionnaire and analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed a significant increase in stress coping (p=0.046) after the intervention. Video education in WAG effectively equipped students with more adaptive coping strategies. Keywords: Academic-Stress, Stress-Coping, Video, WhatsApp-Group, Student.
