Abstract

Abstract: Basic immunization is a right for every child, as stated in the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health in Article 132 paragraph 3 states that every child has the right to receive basic immunization in accordance with applicable provisions to prevent diseases that can be avoided through immunization. This study was a quantitative study, an analytical observational study type with a cross-sectional research design. Using the Propility Sampling Technique namely a simple random sampling technique with a sample size of 44 respondents. The study was conducted in January 2025. The research location was at the Sidomukti Lamongan Polindes. Data collection used questionnaires and observation sheets, then analyzed using SPSS 24. The results showed a significant relationship between work and the completeness of basic immunization in infants aged 0-12 months with a p value of 0.008. There was a significant relationship between maternal knowledge and completeness of immunization in infants aged 0-12 months with a p value of 0.000, there is a significant relationship between family support and completeness of basic immunization in infants aged 0-12 months with a p value of 0.001. Health Service Institutions are expected to be able to provide counseling or education evenly for mothers who have infants aged 0-12 months. Health Education or counceling , especially in the village sector or integrated health posts, is considered very effective in providing insight to mothers who have infants aged 0-12 months.
